Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• For the purposes of processing your application to Art School Plus
• For the purposes of contacting you about our activities through our newsletter

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep email information for as long as the user is subscribed to our newsletter. We will then dispose of your information by deleting your details from our systems.

For the applications we keep the name, nominator’s email, gender identity and sexuality, date of birth, ethnicity, disability details, level of personal and family qualifications and financing information for three years. We will then dispose of your information by deleting your details from our systems.
